daphni’s mission is to drive the planet's transition and empower founders to build a socially and environmentally sustainable future by leveraging new usage, science, and disruptive innovations. Practically, daphni supports projects that help reduce social inequalities, lower carbon footprint from 10 to 2 tons CO₂e/year/person, or achieve net zero targets for corporations and states.

The role

As a VC Analyst at daphni, you will be at the core of our investment activities, from sourcing to supporting due diligence and portfolio management. You’ll also contribute to enhancing Flamel, our internal OS, by collaborating with the team on data-driven initiatives that leverage data science and LLMs. This internship offers hands-on exposure to venture capital, the European startup ecosystem, and the chance to shape the future of innovation.

📝 The missions

• Sourcing and screening startups with the potential to become future champions.
• Supporting the investment team throughout the process, from conducting due diligence to closing deals and following-up.
• Collaborating with our CPTO and development team to enhance Flamel, our internal OS, by integrating data science, leveraging machine learning and LLMs, and automating processes to generate actionable insights.
• Discovering and analyzing trends, patterns, and insights from data to support the investment team in making data-driven decisions.
• Conducting in-depth industry research and developing new investment hypotheses.
